The Ghost From the Past is another easy subplot to complete and is done in a frigate. The biggest note for this subplot is the fact you will receive an in-game mail after finishing the second part of the mission. This mail means nothing and can be ignored. In addition, make sure that you have your shield recharger handy or have shield recharge research done so that the damage you take from the plasma clouds do not hurt you.
