This is the second most coveted Galactic Legends event. Almost all of these recruits are extremely beneficial, with the Champion being the only useless recruit of the group.
Heartkeeper
Heartkeeper is, hands down, the best recruit out of this rotation. She is a frig killer flying a t3 loch with a prop jam and personal damage boost. I recommend chipping her for recruit firepower, crit rate, crit damage, and range increase. This will make her very vulnerable, but she is designed to kill frigates, destroyers, and cruisers.
Zhouqi
Almost as bad as Dr. X, Zhouqi flies the Champion battleship and is a scientist with no scientist qualities. The only reason she is better than Dr. X is her self critical enhancer device. Outside of that, she only has a personal energy and a noether beam.
Rosario Tyrannos
Many people do not care for Rosario, however, she does make a great wingman for speed pilots. She flies the Invisible and carries AoE RES inhancer and AoE heals. Outside of speed or frigate PvE skirmishes, she does not offer much use.
Stiletto Zero
The bigger ship version of Rosario is Stiletto Zero. She flies the Guardian cruiser, so is still more for the speed pilots. Her devices are the same as Rosario’s, so if you do not like the Invisible, you won’t like Stiletto. I do prefer Ling over Stiletto for the AoE energy boost.
Undying Margareta
Margareta is a very nice wingman for speed pilots who offer the debuffs for teammates in PvP. She has a prop jam and damage debuff, which makes her a pain for other speed pilots (especially when they fly large ships. Margareta flies the Helenus, which is a t3 destroyer, but her interference devices are universal size and affect all sizes of enemy ships.
